The contest finds itself in the middle of a hotly-debated dilemma: is it as good a platform as any other for up-and-coming artists to introduce themselves, or rather a stale potpourri of the worst every country involved considers their best? If it’s the latter, is this turd so huge, its stench so overpowering, it’s actually monumentally great?
